How to Install ipcc file

(1) You need to install the ipcc file using iTunes 8.1x (not iTunes 8.2), iTunes 8.2 pre-release is also OK, if you have it via the developer program.
(2) Download the ipcc file and don’t unzip it. Use save as and placed it on Desktop and connected iPhone to iTunes.
(3) Hold shift and click Check for Updates (Mac Use option + click check for Updates), Navigate to the ipcc file and open it. Re-sync iPhone and restart iPhone if necessary.
