德國未鎖碼的iPhone 停售了

德國法院推翻了兩週前的暫時執行令，判決當地知名行動電信業者T-Mobile有獨家銷售iPhone的權利，不需被強制提供未鎖碼的產品。
蘋果對iPhone採行的策略是一個國家只授權一家電信業者配合，並從中分享不明比率的收益。上月底，歐洲無線電信商Vodafone Group控告拿下德國iPhone獨家銷售權的T-Mobile不允許該手機在其他電信網路使用，且要求使用者綁約1年，涉嫌違反市場競爭原則。
Vodafone成功取得一紙暫時執行令，強迫T-Mobile出售未鎖碼的iPhone。T-Mobile 只好順從，但售價高達1,460美元；綁約1年的iPhone只要582美元。現在強制執行令遭到漢堡地方法院推翻，T-Mobile立刻停售未鎖碼的產品。
T-Mobile發言人Klaus Czerwinski 4日表示：「我們很高興我方的意見在此案獲得認可，我們依然認為這樣對顧客最好。」Czerwinski拒絕透露過去兩週內究竟賣出多少未鎖碼的 iPhone，僅表示「賣出了很多」。他說：「很難理解為什麼有人願意用那樣的價格購買。一開始我以為根本不會賣出任何一支，這是非常昂貴的冒險。」
Vodafone發言人表示，公司尚未收到法院的書面判決，但會慎重考慮「採取任何後續行動」。他說：「從一開始，（我們的）用意就是要釐清（該產品）在德國市場的商業定位。Vodafone不認為其定價模式顧及德國消費者的最佳利益。」
不過，iPhone解碼的官司在法國還有得打，當地的競爭法已迫使Orange（iPhone在法國的獨家銷售商）開放該手機給其他網路使用。（陳智文/譯）
